A. Each FREE Team must have at least 3 members. Total membership is unlimited.

Q. How do I recruit people to join a FREE Team?

A. You can recruit 7th and 8th graders from anywhere—school, church, community centers, clubs, etc.

Q. What if I have friends who are above 8th grade, but want to participate in FREE?

A. FREE is designed specifically for 7th- 8th graders. However, Frontline is available for 9th through 12th graders.

Q. Can I use the FREE symbol to design my own FREE T-shirts and incentive items?

A. All incentive items are provided by us. Use of the logo on any other items must be pre-approved. If you would like to use the FREE logo on any item, please call Sharon Garrison at (601) 362-0740.

Q. Is FREE a statewide program?

A. Yes, FREE is being introduced to 7th and 8th graders in school, at after-school programs and through community organizations across Mississippi.

Q. What type of activities do FREE teams do?

A. Hands on activities dealing with communication, self-esteem, goal setting, decision making, conflict resolution, tobacco prevention, advocacy, and more.
